Say Cheese!

Parents! This month we are doing a unit on culture. For part of the project I want students to bring in pictures of their culture. I am going to try this out. I am checking out camera to students. I expect them to not get lost and that is where I need your help. I need you all to make sure your child doesn’t lose the camera and is using it the way they should. If something does happen-not the end of the world. Handing a camera to a kindergartener might not be the smartest, but I think it would be fun to have them do this. I am sending a list home of things possible things they could take pictures off-but they are not limited to this. I want them to  explore.

Thanks,

Mallory

Pumpkin Patch

Parents remember that tomorrow is our trip to the pumpkin patch. Make sure you send you child with a warm jacket, shoes and clothes you don’t find of they get dirty. They will need a lunch packed. We will be there most of the day. My phone number is 970-999-9999 if you have an emergency. Parents that are going on the trip remember your own lunch and to be at the school at 9am.

Thanks,

Mallory

Welcome students and parents to Ms. Botschs Kindergarten class! I am looking forward to getting to know each one of you over the nine months we will be together. I hope to bring diversity, current events, history, science, math and English to a different level with each student. I will create a safe learning environment for each student. More post to follow and check out my “About” page for more information about me.
